Partner schools in the Diversity Collective will be asked to disclose yearly data of their faculty and leadership positions in terms of gender (Male, Female, Non-binary) and ethnicity (Asian/Pacific Islander, Black/African, Hispanic/Latinx, Middle Eastern, Native American/Indigenous, White/Caucasian/European, Multiracial/Biracial, or Other) and whether they consider their school to be an LGBTQIA+ friendly school. We recognize that there is a wide spectrum for gender and ethnicity. However, for consistency in reporting data, we choose to use the above categories. Please note that this is self-reported data from our partner schools.
